NHS 24 Phone:  Call free on 111
NHS 24 provides comprehensive up-to-date health information and self care advice for people in Scotland. They can be contacted for advice and information when a GP service is unavailable.

The Samaritans offer emotional support 24 hours a day – get in touch with them on free phone 116 123 (UK). This number is free to call from landlines, mobiles and payphones. For the Republic of Ireland, dial: 1850 60 90 90 or email jo@samaritans.org.
