Mind Yer Time

About this tool

Mind Yer Time is an online resource that has been created to support children and young people to use their screen time positively. Designed by children and young people from the Children’s Parliament and the Scottish Youth Parliament.

How it works

Mind Yer Time includes positive tips, stories, and information for children and young people about screen time and a range of online wellbeing topics, from body positivity, bullying, digital rights, and sleep.
