Worth Warrior
About this tool
Worth Warrior is a free app that has been created to help young people manage negative body image, low self-worth, and eating difficulties. It is recommended for ages 12 and above.
How it works
It provides a range of activities and information, based on the belief that eating and body-related issues can be helped by learning to challenge and change thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and body image issues that underly low self-worth. The app, therefore, uses principles of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E).
Cost
The app is free to download on Google Play or Apple App Store
