Clear Fear

About this tool

Clear Fear is an app developed by mental health charity, stem4, which helps young people (11-19 years) to learn how to reduce their physical responses to threats or anxiety as well as how to change their thoughts and behaviours.

How it works

The app uses evidence-based CBT treatment to focus on learning how to reduce the physical responses to threats by learning to breathe, relax, and be mindful. The app can be personalised and individuals will be able to track their progress and notice changes.

Available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
