Sleepio is a clinically proven app which helps people to get a better night’s sleep. Designed to be used on a computer, a tablet or a phone, it offers a personalised program to help overcome insomnia. Produced by an expert team with decades of experience in sleep research, it brings tried-and-tested techniques directly to people in a friendly, step-by-step way.

How it works

Sleepio delivers Cognitive Behavioural Techniques that treat poor sleep and Insomnia. It has the following key features:
