Daylight
About this tool
Daylight is here to help with feelings of anxiety and worry. Designed specifically for a smartphone, it provides a tailored program for managing anxiety, based on an individual’s own needs, and keeps people on track with bite-size suggestions and check-ins.
Written by psychologists and researchers, it has been shown in clinical trials to help with worry, depressive symptoms, wellbeing and quality of life.
How it works
Daylight delivers Cognitive Behavioral Techniques to treat worry and anxiety. It includes:
- A quiz which helps people discover their anxiety type and how Daylight can help.
- The ability to create a toolkit of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques which are backed by clinical evidence.
- Guided practice sessions, supporting individuals to apply Daylight techniques in different real-life situations.
- Personalised feedback through weekly check-ins and techniques to help individuals manage their anxiety and meet their goals.
