Calm Harm

About this tool

Calm Harm is a free app developed by mental health charity, stem4, that supports people to manage or resist the urge to self-harm.

How it works

Calm Harm app provides activities and techniques to help young people who are worried about self-harm. It helps young people to build a ‘safety net’ of helpful thoughts, behaviours, explore their underlying trigger factors, and access supportive people. It also offers the opportunity for journalling and self-reflection.
