SafeSpot

About this tool

SafeSpot is an app for iPhone and Android that promotes positive mental wellbeing in children and young people by helping them improve their coping skills.

How it works

SafeSpot looks to empower young people to be able to be aware of their own emotional wellbeing and mental health. This includes developing their coping skills, including a helpful contacts list that can be contacted from the app when needed, and a range of guided imagery and mindfulness audio clips to help people relax when they are feeling worried or stressed.
