About this tool

An online space for grieving teenagers and young adults (13 to 25), managed by the childhood bereavement charity Winston’s Wish, featuring:

  • Real stories from other young grieving people, including videos and podcasts
  • Information about healthy ways to cope, and how to feel less alone
  • Confidential and on-demand grief support, including a live chat or helpline from 8am-8pm on weekdays (08088 020 021).
  • Free online live talks led by a bereavement support worker
