About this tool

Tellmi is an anonymous app where young people (aged 11-25) can talk about whatever is troubling them. This might be anxiety, autism, dating, depression, self-harm, or self-esteem.

How it works

Young people can share their experiences with an online community to help improve their mental health and wellbeing. All posts are checked by moderators to keep young people safe, and counsellors are on hand in case someone needs extra support.

When a young person registers for the app, they will be asked their date of birth so they are only shown posts from people of a similar age.

Available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
